The location and amenities.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
It is walkable to restaurants shops and grocery stores.
What do you not like about the neighborhood?
Nothing.
How could your community's team serve you better?
They took 2 months to complete all the fixes I asked of them upon moving in. They had us living in a construction zone inside our apartment and outside of our apartment for months.

Location, design and space.
How could your community's team serve you better?
There are areas of the building that need cleaning and repair. Lights are burned out in the parking garage and the trash room is often dirty with other peoples garbage that won't fit in the trash chute. The staff tries hard to keep things up but I can tell it's often a challenge. Perhaps emails and leaflets sent to our residents, concerning their responsibility with trash and cleanliness might help.
