This made my search so much easier, because I knew who to contact at each leasing office, which apartments they had available, and even what their move-in incentives were. As a result, I was able to narrow down my search to my top 3 picks, and I found a beautiful place on my first day of apartment hunting in Atlanta. I was able to see a huge variety of properties just by giving the general area I was interested in. I had done some online research independently during a prior move and it was so much easier to use Promove's online portfolio to select favorite properties than to try to keep track of everything I was interested in on my own. I was also able to get a lot of money off my rent by using the information in the portfolio. The service was also excellent.
