All Information presented on PROMOVE is provided on an "as is" basis, and PROMOVE makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, to any actual or prospective lessee of any apartment as to the existence, ownership or condition of the apartment, or as to the accuracy or completeness of any Information. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such Information shall be at your sole risk. You agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify PROMOVE from any and all liability arising from incorrect or incomplete Information. You also agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify PROMOVE from any and all liability arising from claims associated with tenancy in an apartment that you find through PROMOVE.

We use this information:
to communicate effectively with you via phone, email, and/or text message to ensure that we set you up with a PROMOVE Property Specialist with expertise in related to your search criteria. We may also send you emails relating to your apartment hunting.
You speak with a PROMOVE Property Specialist and provide details concerning your apartment search Any information that you deem relevant to the apartment hunting process. Also, we record phone calls for Quality Assurance purposes. To help determine which apartments to include in your search results. We use recorded phone calls to assess the quality of our interactions with you and identify opportunities to improve training to our staff.
You access a Customized Online Apartment Portfolio If you use the “Distance From” feature, we collect and store the addresses you input (or you provide to a Promove Property Specialist to input) Only to calculate the distance from apartments to the addresses that you specify.
You report your lease to PROMOVE
  • The name of the property where you leased your apartment
  • Your apartment number
  • The length of your lease and your monthly rent
  • Your mailing address
  • Your phone number, if changed
  • Any information pertaining to chargebacks? I.e. how do we know if they break the lease and we don’t get paid?
To invoice the property for PROMOVE services and to contact you, if necessary, to clear up any discrepancies between the information you provide and the information we receive from the property. We may also use this information for various reporting and analysis functions of our business. We may also use this information to contact you prior to the expiration of your apartment lease
You participate in a PROMOVE customer satisfaction and/or community satisfaction survey Your responses to questions concerning your experience with:
  • PROMOVE
  • the apartment property where you leased
  • apartment properties that you considered during your search process
We aggregate survey responses and share the responses with other parties in order to identify areas for improvement. We may also publish aggregate survey results on our website so that other users may consider the experiences of others as part of their apartment search process. We may also publish, on an anonymous basis, specific quotes from your survey responses.

Service Providers Disclosure

We use other third parties to provide email delivery services on our site. When you sign up for PROMOVE email services, we will share your email address as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
