I have recently moved from Modesto, CA to Dallas, TX for a very exciting new job. The prospect of moving such a distance was a daunting one; however, your customer service rep, Shawni Livingston, was amazingly helpful.

She was quick to respond to all my questions and was able to advise me on neighborhoods as well. She offered many choices and was always very clear about the features of every unit she recommended.

I am signing a lease on Monday (October 1) and will get my keys to my new apartment then, too. Shawni was very instrumental in setting all of this up for me, and I felt that I should pass along my praise to you for her hard work. In my opinion, Shawni deserves a raise for going beyond the call of duty. Kudos to you for employing her!

I just wanted to write in to commend Mr. Ian Oliver. I thank him for helping me find my dream property! He works so hard and is so friendly!! I wish there were people like him in ALL service industries. I have never encountered someone before that worked so diligently for others. I can't thank him enough for his service.
