She was quick to respond to all my questions and was able to advise me on neighborhoods as well. She offered many choices and was always very clear about the features of every unit she recommended.
I am signing a lease on Monday (October 1) and will get my keys to my new apartment then, too. Shawni was very instrumental in setting all of this up for me, and I felt that I should pass along my praise to you for her hard work. I just signed a lease with a local property yesterday, using PROMOVE, with the help of Joey Scabis. This is the second time I've used PROMOVE and both experiences were excellent. However, this most recent time, I started my search in September. I had a lot more time, and I was a lot pickier. Joey helped me every step of the way. He was there when I needed him, getting me information on various properties, providing me with updates on specials regarding the properties I was interested in as well and giving me honest feedback on different properties. He was always available to assist me, but never pushy, which I really appreciate. I'm sure I was a pain, taking more time to find a property. But Joey was fabulous. I would refer your company and especially Joey, as a property specialist, to anyone I meet. He's a great asset to your team. He was great!

I just wanted to write in to commend Mr. Ian Oliver. I thank him for helping me find my dream property! He works so hard and is so friendly!! I wish there were people like him in ALL service industries. I have never encountered someone before that worked so diligently for others. I can't thank him enough for his service.
