What do you like best about Grove Point?
Grove Point is overall a solid neighborhood. It is a large complex, so it is tough to adjust if you're used to a smaller complex where you get immediate attention for your needs. The staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy, just very busy. To be honest, my favorite part of living here may be the landscape, which includes a back entrance to beautiful Lucky Shoals park. My apartment is adjacent to a quiet courtyard, but there are several other locations within the complex with a different set of beauties. Very quiet in my section of the neighborhood, I love this. My apartment is extremely well insulated; the A/C unit does not have to work hard at all, even in the summer, so my utility bill is surprisingly low. The location is EXCELLENT, at least for me. See my notes in the next section. Parking is not a problem in the neighborhood, and they have garages available for an additional monthly rate as an option.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
Overall this is a very safe neighborhood for the Atlanta Metro area. This is part of what makes the rent rate worthwhile. Everything you could possibly need or even want is within a drive. Excellent access to Atlanta proper and traffic is manageable. An especially good location if you work in the outer east Metro area while being close to the inner city.
