What do you like best about 1824 Defoor Westside?
I like the quality of the apartment complex and layout. The place is new as of 2016 and I can tell that they take pride in making sure the finishes and designs are modern and up-to-date. The staff from the managers and maintenance team is also very professional and responsive and nice. Additionally, the area is quiet and neighbors and guests are not loud at all. 1824 Defoor is an all-around steal for anyone looking for a new apartment area!
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
I like the Howell Mill/Westside neighborhood/area because there is a lot of shopping areas that are nearby and other amenities such as grocery stores, entertainment, and more. Additionally, the area is very safe and distinct from the busy parts of the city - making it great for me (I wanted this because I previously lived in the heart of midtown and had experienced issues). The surrounding neighborhoods are also well-kept and nice, so this was an ideal place for me.

What do you like best about 1824 Defoor Westside?
Location is great. The apartment itself is very cozy; It feels like home when I'm here. I got the one with the big balcony and that is my favorite. The office staff are very kind and will work with you which I appreciate.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
TJmaxx, petsmart, and other stores are right across the street. Very close drive to Atlantic station/target. You have kroger right across the way or publix on Howell Mill. Short drive to I-75. You're very much in the city but it doesn't necessarily feel like it because Defoor Ave is so wooded and cozy.
