What do you like best about Modera Sandy Springs?

LOTS of amenities! Heated saltwater pool (open year round), beautiful clubhouse, Starbucks machine in lobby area, dog park, zen garden, gym, FREE exercise classes, complimentary wine/mimosas/breakfast (occasionally), the list goes on :)

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, 285, the Prado. Great restaurants nearby and the neighborhood feels very safe.
