The units are outdated. The property is outdated. The very few amenities are unavailable. The office staff is racist and unprofessional.

Neighbors seem to be professional, educated, friendly, and quiet. Parking is easy and complex has a cozy tree-lined feeling. Granite and stainless kitchen and bathrooms are great.
