It's convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also somewhat quiet and the complex is small which is what I like.

The neighborhoods all seem really quiet.

The ameneties and cleanliness of the community. The apartment has great upgraded features which makes it feel like home.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

It’s a great community the construction nearby is always cleaned up and the nearby shops are nice. It’s safe and a great overall place to live!!

What do you like best about Pointe at Suwanee Station?

Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly. My apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is really quiet, and the views from my apartment are amazing.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Everything I need is really close - drug store for prescriptions, grocery stores, bank, starbucks, and taco bell :) literally everything I need is really close and while traffic isn't the best during rush hour, it isn't unbearable either.
